No. Import duties, taxes, VAT, and any customs/courier fees (if charged) are not included in the item price or shipping fee and are paid by the buyer.
Customs processing can cause delays. If tracking shows a customs hold or request, please contact your local customs office or courier promptly. We can provide basic shipment details if needed.
If the destination customs/courier requests payment (duties, taxes, VAT, or fees), it is the buyer’s responsibility to pay and respond within the given deadline. If payment is not made or the parcel is not collected in time, the shipment may be disposed of / destroyed by customs or the courier according to local policy.
Important: In disposal cases, the item is not returned to us and no refund will be provided (including item cost and shipping), as the loss occurs due to unpaid charges or non-collection at destination.
