Shipping options & delivery estimates

Shipping is sent by Economy or Express depending on the item and destination:

Economy Shipping: estimated 14–21 working days

Express Shipping: estimated 5–10 days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to destination location, carrier performance, peak seasons, and customs clearance.

Customs, duties & VAT (important)

For international orders, please note:

Import duties, taxes, VAT, and any additional customs/courier charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee (unless clearly stated).

These charges, if applied, are the buyer’s responsibility.

Customs processing may cause delays, which are outside our control.

Returns & refunds (14 days)

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your item(s), under these conditions:

Items must be unopened, unused, and in mint condition

Please contact us first before returning anything

Return shipping and handling costs are paid by the buyer

Original shipping fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount (where applicable)
